Sire's passionate encounter - not all about sex...

Sire's Passionate Encounter. It’s Not All About Sex...

Some people ask me why I persist with writing poetry on my blog, especially as they don’t elicit a whole lot of comments. I tell them its because I like using poems as a form of expression and that I love to share them with people. Even if one person happens to like what I wrote then I think it was worth the effort.

I wrote this after a personal experience I had in what seems to be eons ago. Some of you may not agree with my experience, unless that is you are a hot blooded Aussie male, who more than likely experienced exactly the same thing I did. And so, without further ado, My Passionate Encounter!

I got her home late one night
Picked her up at a bar, without a fight
I have wanted her, for so long
I could not wait for the last song.

Up the stairs we went, the door I locked
I held her close, I was so hot.
With a struggle I removed her top
I gazed upon her form, I could not stop

In desperation I tore off her wrap
You could almost hear the dripping tap
Perspiration covered her naked form
The beads of sweat visible now the wrap was torn

My feverish mouth claimed her own
The sensation so great my mind was blown
It was not long before she was spent
In frustration against the wall she went

Though short, for it did not last long
I knew I did nothing wrong
For as she lay there, once held dear
She truly was one heck of bottled beer

I hope you enjoyed that? It was actually and old joke or something that I turned into a poem because I couldn’t remember the joke itself enough to tell it as it should be.

We really enjoyed it, Sire. thats why I'm putting in a link to your site for people to read more of your wit, and perhaps some of your technical advice over there too!

Sire's joke of the day - wants to brighten up our day...

From my friend, Sire, the lord of bloggers. He wants to brighten up our day:

I think it’s about time I posted another joke, just to brighten things up a bit. I got this one in the email today, along with hundreds of spam email that I had to wade through, and I really found it to be quite funny:

A middle-aged man bought a brand new Holden Monaro. He took off down the road, pushed it up to 130 kph, and was enjoying the wind lowing through his (thinning) hair. This is great,’ he thought and accelerated to an even higher speed.

But then he looked in his rear-view mirror, and there was a Police Car behind him, blue and red lights flashing. I can get away from him with no problem’ thought the man and he floored it some more, and flew down the road at over 210 kph to escape being stopped.
Then he thought, ‘What the hell am I doing? I’m too old for this kind of thing’ and pulled over to the side of the road, and waited for the Police car to catch up with him.

The Policeman pulled in behind the Monaro and walked up on the driver’s side.

‘Sir my Shift ends in five minutes and today is Friday the 13th. If you can give me a good reason why you were speeding that I’ve never heard before, I’ll let you go.’

The man looked back at the Policeman and said, ‘Last week my wife ran off with a Policeman, and I thought you were bringing her back.’

The Policeman said, ‘Have a nice day.’

Sire's story about the tri nation rugby supporters clash with the law in Arabia...

I had to record the following story for posterity's sake. It was written by my online Aussie mate "Sire", in his My BlogLog recently. I don't think he would mind me sharing it with you here. He's a good bloke,Sire, vry helpful with a great sense of humour and a good supply of humorous stories.

"Rugby Fans Get Death Penalty In Arabia"

Three tri nation rugby fans were in Arabia celebrating the coming New Year, an Aussie, South African and a New Zealand national. Unfortunately they were hitting the booze when the Saudi police rush in to arrest them.

They should have known better because while possession of booze is a severe offence in Saudi Arabia, actual consumption of it meant a death sentence!

After being incarcerated for many their lawyers were able to successfully appeal their sentences down to life imprisonment.

Luckily it turned out to be a Saudi national holiday the day, their trial finished, and the extremely benevolent Sheik decided they could be released after receiving just 20 lashes each of the whip.

As they were preparing for their punishment, the Sheik announced: “It’s my first wife’s birthday today, and she has asked me to allow each of you one wish before your whipping.”

The South African was first in line, he thought for a while and Then said: “Please tie a pillow to my back.”

This was done, but the pillow only lasted 10 lashes before the whip went through. When the punishment was done he had to be carried away bleeding and crying with pain.

The Australian was next up. After watching the South African’s Horror he said smugly:

“Please fix two pillows to my back.” But even two pillows could only take 15 lashes before the whip went through again and the Australian was soon led away whimpering loudly (as they do).

The New Zealander bloke was the last one up, but before he could say anything, the Sheik turned to him and said:

“You are from a most beautiful part of the world and your culture is one of the finest in the world. For this, you may have two wishes!”

“Thank you, your Most Royal and Merciful highness”, the Kiwi replied. In recognition of your kindness, my first wish is that you give me Not 20 lashes but 100 lashes.”

“Not only are you an honourable, handsome and powerful man, you Are also very brave”. The Sheik said with an admiring look on his face.

“If 100 lashes is what you desire, then so be it. And your second wish”?

“Tie the Australian to my back.”
